Tafcor Tower
The large complex in the heart of the city is where all the abnormals are able to stay until proper housing has been found, each Abnormal has their own apartment (Apply in claims and a staff member will create a room board for your character as fast as possible) along with being able to visit the Tafcor Tech Facility underground!
